WHAT YOU GET WITH BEARFOOT

To make the pool an enjoyable place for the community, Bearfoot takes pride in the cleanliness of its pools. We have daily cleaning schedules that include tile cleaning, algae prevention, trash responsibilities, and bathroom cleaning. Pools are vacuumed at least 3 a week. We know the importance of a comfortable pool. In order to achieve the perfect chemical balance, hourly chemical testing is performed. If there is an imbalance in the chemical levels we will quickly balance the water. Every pool will have a certified pool operator on staff to guarantee that the pool is clean and comfortable.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

With Bearfoot our daily maintenance includes the following:

• Clean Skimmer Basket
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms
• Pick up trash in pool facility
• Disposes of trash
• Wiping down any dirty furniture or equipment
• Daily Water level and chemical adjustments
• Skim pool
• Algae Prevention

(Only with a daily lifeguard or monitor contract if not this will also be 3 times a week)

CLEANING THREE TIMES PER WEEK

Our cleaning three times per week includes the following:

• Tiles cleaned
• Pool walls brushed
• Pool Vacuumed
• Guard room cleaned
• Pump room cleaned
• Chemical Storage or Room Cleaned
• Clean out Pool Pumps Backwashing
