All reservation may not be confirmed until verifying proof of residency with the Association’s hired management agent.
All reservations will be apprehended until confirmation is received from the management agent, in that time confirmation will be notified.
All pool parties shall be required to be scheduled and confirmed at least two weeks in advance prior to the scheduled party
A deposit is due after approval from the management agent is received. Deposit is for Admin Fee, Minimum Guard Fee and Minimum Hourly Fee. Minimum cost is $355
The remaining fee is due one week prior to your party date.
All reservations require a $75.00 administrative fee.
Lifeguarding services are $35.00 per lifeguard per hour.
Hourly Facility Fee is $50 per hour
There is a two (2) hour minimum for all parties.
Parties cannot be held on holiday weekends including Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
Parties cannot be held on days pools are closed for maintenance.
Pool parties may only be held during the hours allotted by the community management such as before or after normal pool operating hours.
All parties require three (3) lifeguards minimum, for a maximum of 50 guests. Any additional guests thereafter require an additional lifeguard, per 25 guests. All guests include swimmers, non-swimmer & guest within the facility.
1 - 50 Guests (3 Guards Minimum), 51 - 75 Guests (1 additional guard), 76+ Guest (2 additional guards).
All pool rules will be enforced during private pool party, if the pool rules are not followed then the lifeguards on duty will have the authority to ask your party to leave and no refund will be issued.
